We want our children to speak in Sindhi. For this matter, we know that small kids do not really say no to learning. Young children aged 15 onwards are hesitating and not interested in speaking Sindhi. We have been holding Nursery Rhymes competition for the last 5 years which is very much encouraging for small kids. They are picking up Sindhi speaking. In this, they are to memorize a poem and send us the video. our judges choose the best 20 decide and give computer tablets as a prize. All the participants get a certificate and the videos are uploaded on our www.youtube.com/SindhiSangatKids channel. on 21st March I had met SVES members and gave this small suggestion. + We got an idea about students who are 15 years and above can be encouraged to learn to speak in Sindhi. When these children are looking for admission in minority quota in 11th Std./in Sindhi colleges they should be interviewed in SINDHI along with their parents. This pressure of admission will make both parents and children speak in Sindhi. This thought Asha Chand has been discussing with the School/ College authorities to make an announcement and also add this in the prospectus.
