Mahalakshmi Ji Pooja /Katha | Mahalakshmi Ja Sagda | Mahalkshmi Virt Puja

Sindhyat Foundation organized Mahalakshmi Ji Pooja /Katha with the help of Smt. Anjana Sharma (Hiranandani) at Lokeshwar Mandir, Thane. Mahalakshmi Pooja is performed on the 8th Shrad. Mahalakshmi Sagda (Threads with 16 Knots) are worn on Radha Ashtmi during Ganpati festival. These are worn for 16 days and untied with the Mahalakshmi Mata Pooja as shown in this video. At the end Palav / Prayer is offered to Goddess Mahalakshmi, which is also known for Goddess of Wealth. Many of the Indian communities observe this festival. This is also observed and celebrated by Sindhi Community to get the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi and to gain wealth and prosperity in life. This event was organised by Sindhyat Foundation on 22-Sep-2019 at Lokeshwar Mandir which is pre-covid period and visiting Mandir in crowd was find in those days.
